Intra Day Refresh

I have Roambi Pro and I'm struggling to find documentation on how to set up a process to update intra-day, say every hour. I see marketing references about Live Refresh, Auto Refresh, Dynamic grids, etc... but none of the support material I can find talks through the process of setting this up. I've tried setting up Google docs, creating a spreadsheet, connecting my roambi account to Google account, publishing from the Google doc, but no update process and no clue how to setup something I think you call dynamic grids. Can someone point me in a direction?

Thank you for your interest in Roambi. With regards refreshing from Google spreadsheets, are you looking for an 'automated' solution that would remove the need of someone manually updating the spreadsheet(s)? If so, we do not have any documentation on how this would be achieved as this is something that needs to be configured on your Google docs. Also, if the method 'replaces' the original Google spreadsheet, this will not work as the ID (what Roambi looks for) will change as well. I have a similar doubt. I'm not looking for an automated solution to update the google doc spreadsheet. We can update teh spreadsheet manually or using the google docs API. This would not replace the spreadsheet, only the data in it.

What I have not accomplished is to have the new data on google docs appear automatically on Roambi, usaing the Pro version. As mentioned before, there are mentions to Live Update on the site, but I couldn't get this to work. Is there a step by step guide on this feature?

Hello Millarch,

One main step many users miss when configuring a Roambi view to refresh (for the 1st time) - is to actually 'enable' refresh. By default, refresh is disabled so you actually have to select Manual Refresh or Auto Refresh in the Step 3/Publish Options:
