Hello Paulo,

How big is the Excel file you are attempting to upload to Roambi Pro?

Thanks,

Hi AJ,

The file has 250KB.

Today I change the decimal point at Excel file (, by .), after that I got success at upload.
I'm not sure, maybe that were the problem.

The Roambi Pro, keep send advise that the file has some features not support by Roambi, but I got success at use the file.

Thanks.

Paulo Miguel.

Hi!
Got the same error #2038 trying to upload a 16kB excel file.
May be a corporate firewall/proxy issue?

Best regards,
Roxter

Roxter,

We were experiencing an issue with one of our servers during the time you submitted this post (of which we have addressed). Can you test again to see if you are still experiencing issues importing? If so, please feel free to forward your spreadsheet to us so we can replicate your issue in-house.

This page seems to have the fix, which needs to happen in the Flash player, and only occurs on Macs (where I'm also having the problem). The fix needs to happen in the Flash loader (hosted by Roambi).

"The fix was an easy one, we just added a trailing slash to the upload URL specified in the Actionscript code and everything worked fine."
